Haruka does not sell Akiya houses. We only offer legally certified properties, as Akiya houses are risky due to their remote locations and legal disputes.

Will there be additional costs or increases in price later on?

All prices provided by Haruka are all-inclusive, covering insurance tax for one year and the registration of gas and electricity, ready for immediate use without the need for renovation, until the handover and transfer of the property deed (SHM) under the name of the client.
